How to earn points

Points are earned by spend (after any discounts).  £1 spent with us is one point earned.  Points don’t convert to any redeemable value but do enable you to reach higher tiers.

There are more points up for grabs than just based on your spend:

  • Add your email - 1 point

  • Add your phone number - 1 point

  • Install the pass on your mobile - 3 points

  • Refer another member - 10 points after the referred customer has 3 Points

Moving up the tier levels

When you earn enough points, we’ll move your tier upwards and you’ll be able to enjoy additional or increased benefits.  Please bear in mind that this is a manual process so it might take a few days to adjust this!  If you’d like to prompt us, please feel free to email management@thetwotailedlion.com and we’ll be happy to step in!

Cub (0-149 points)

Just by signing up you’ll be able to achieve the following benefits.

One time reward

  • 50% off an order during a future visit

Tier benefits

  • Vote on the next drinks we serve at The Lion

  • Exclusive offers

  • Free pint every 100 points earned

  • 10% discount on bottled wine

Birthday gift

  • Free pint

Hunter (150-449 points)

This is our second tier and should be achievable for those that visit a handful of times a year.

One time reward

  • Two-Tailed Lion bottle opener

Tier benefits

  • 5% discount (not in conjunction with other offers)

  • Vote on the next drinks we serve at The Lion

  • Exclusive offers

  • Free pint every 100 points

  • 10% off a bottle of wine

  • 50p discount on the ‘drink in’ price of cans and bottles

  • Free tea or coffee before 5pm.

  • Invite to exclusive events (Free/discounted depending on event)

Birthday gift

  • £10 voucher

Guardian (450-999 points)

Guardians are our lovely regulars who make sure our doors stay open. This tier hopefully shows the world how important they are to us!

  • Free set of four TTL glasses or a £5 voucher

King (1,000+ points)

Kings should wear this tier like a badge of honour. They simply cannot be touched and for Kings, these are the benefits:
