The Pride
Some information about how the scheme works is below, or covered in more detail in our T&Cs.
How to earn points
Points are earned by spend (after any discounts). £1 spent with us is one point earned. Points don’t convert to any redeemable value but do enable you to reach higher tiers.
There are more points up for grabs than just based on your spend:
Add your email - 1 point
Add your phone number - 1 point
Install the pass on your mobile - 3 points
Refer another member - 15 points after the referred customer has 10 Points in spend
Moving up the tier levels
When you earn enough points, we’ll move your tier upwards and you’ll be able to enjoy additional or increased benefits. Please bear in mind that this is a manual process so it might take a few days to adjust this! If you’d like to prompt us, please feel free to email management@thetwotailedlion.com and we’ll be happy to step in!
